Protect & Observe

The primary obligation of all DePaul Security Officers is to observe incidents that are criminal or safety concerns and report them to the proper authorities and act as a visual deterrent. Your job is very important and our clients depend on you for their security.

More Than a Job

Security Officers are an integral part of the overall community security and safety program. DePaul Security Officers are required to hold current Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) certifications.

Security Officer Training Program

DePaul Security Officers receive the best training possible. Our instructors have years of security and law enforcement experience, making our training program the best in the Northwest. DePaul's intensive course offers a comprehensive curriculum that exceeds state certification requirements. DePaul Security Officers are trained in crisis intervention, asset protection, security access control, evacuation procedures, customer service, report writing, first aid, CPR/AED and event security.

Specialized Equipment

Though it varies from site to site, DePaul Security Officers utilize current technology and proven standard equipment in the fulfillment of their duties. Contract security systems may include computerized alarm systems, fire-monitoring systems, PA, 2-way radio, CCTV, alarm panels, and computers.
