The HR team is available to assist you in answering benefit questions, or to address any employee relations issues that your Employment Specialist is unable to resolve. The Payroll Department is located at the Corporate Office in Portland. They can help with questions that the Employment Specialist was unable to resolve. Attendance Regular, prompt attendance is essential for efficient operations and customer contract compliance. Unscheduled absences create a hardship on the customer, co-workers and the Company. If an Associate knows that time away from work is needed, advance notice (two weeks or as soon as the Associate became aware of the need) must be provided to the Employment Specialist. (See also the handbook section on PTO). When circumstances occur making it necessary for an Associate to be absent or late to the job, a DePaul Staffing Employment Specialist must be contacted, immediately. Employment Specialists begin their workday at 8:00am, Monday through Friday. If the Employment Specialist cannot be reached directly, leave a message on their voicemail, and then contact your site supervisor at the job. Failure to call prior to your scheduled start time may result in immediate termination of your assignment and possible termination of your employment relationship with the Company.
