Toni’s previous work experience had been as an operator for Qwest, a customer service representative for T-Mobile, and a team lead for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. She came to our training facility with nerve damage in her hands and the need for updated computer skills.

Toni was set up to complete our Office Assistant training program. She completed this program an entire month ahead of schedule, leaving with a typing speed of 35 wpm and a 10-key speed of 13,000 ksph.

Within the last week of Toni’s training, she interviewed for a position with ODOT through DePaul Temporary Staffing Services. ODOT offered her the position, and she began the Monday following her training completion. Initially, this placement was for 2-3 months; however, it was almost immediately extended through the end of the year.
