DePaul Security has developed a Fire Watch division that specializes in providing hospitals, office buildings and construction sites with organized, professional Fire Watch coverage that is in compliance with the procedures dictated by the Oregon State Fire Marshall.

Why would my business need Fire Watch services?
When the fire sprinkler system or fire alarm system is inoperable for an extended period of time the Fire Marshal must be notified and personnel much be assigned to perform fire watch duties.

The Fire Watch personnel must perform constant patrols of the affected area(s) of the facility to keep watch for fires. These rounds should be documented in the facility records, and
kept available for the fire marshal upon request.

The individuals assigned to perform the fire watch must have no other duties other than constant patrols of the affected areas of the facility and to keep watch for fires.
